Is FUUVO™ Free During the Public Beta?
Yes. FUUVO™ is currently in Public Beta. You may register free of charge and begin using the features that have been made available.
During the Public Beta
- No credit card is required.
- You will not be charged automatically, and registration or use of free features will not automatically enrol you in a paid plan.
- Some features may be in testing, released gradually, or subject to reasonable-use limits.
FUUVO™ may continue to adjust the scope of availability in line with system capacity, product versions, security requirements, and feature maturity. Any future paid plan, price, automatic-renewal arrangement, usage limit, or optional add-on will be clearly shown before payment and will require your active confirmation.
What Is Included in the Free Plan?
FUUVO™ Free is designed for everyday questions, learning, writing, organising material, and light creative exploration.
During the Public Beta, the Free plan may include, where available
- AI conversation and everyday questions.
- Writing, rewriting, translation, and content organisation.
- Basic material analysis and file-upload experience.
- Topic entry points such as Local Food, Analysis, and “Good Life”.
- Selected image, video, audio, or creative-feature experiences.
- Conversation history and core personal-workspace features.
- Product updates and eligibility to test new features.
Availability, speed, permitted file size, daily use, and generation limits may vary by feature. Image and video generation, lengthy recordings, large files, and complex analysis require greater computing resources and may be subject to additional limits.
The features currently available are those displayed on the relevant FUUVO™ page, your account plan page, and the upload page.
What Are Reasonable-Use Limits?
Reasonable-use limits are appropriate limits on usage counts, file size, processing time, generation volume, or speed for selected features. They help FUUVO™ remain stable, fair, and safe for more users.
These limits do not prevent normal use of FUUVO™. They are intended to prevent a small number of accounts from consuming substantial system resources through automated, bulk, abnormal, or abusive use.
Features that may have limits
- Conversation messages and advanced research tasks.
- File uploads, page counts, and material analysis.
- Image generation and image editing.
- Video generation and video processing.
- Recording transcription, audio generation, and real-time features.
- Large spreadsheets, complex data analysis, and long-context processing.
When you approach or reach a limit, FUUVO™ should clearly indicate
- Which feature has reached its limit.
- When you may use it again.
- Whether access will resume in the next cycle.
- Whether a suitable future upgrade or add-on option is available.
- Whether the feature is temporarily queued because the system is busy.
The following are not reasonable use
- Using bots, scripts, or other methods to call the service in bulk.
- Selling, transferring, sharing, or renting out a personal account.
- Generating large volumes of content, uploading material, or bypassing system limits in an abnormal manner.
- Using FUUVO™ for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or otherwise prohibited activity.
- Interfering with, attacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass FUUVO™ security measures.
FUUVO™ may reasonably limit, suspend, or review accounts suspected of abuse, in accordance with the User Agreement and Content Rules.
How Do I Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel a Plan?
FUUVO™ is currently in a free Public Beta, and formal processes for paid upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are not yet available.
When future paid plans are launched, you will be able to manage your subscription in “Settings” > “Plans and Payments”.
Upgrading a plan
Before you confirm an upgrade, FUUVO™ will clearly display:
- The new plan name.
- The monthly or annual price.
- Included features and usage limits.
- The effective date.
- Taxes and other applicable charges.
- Whether the plan renews automatically.
- The amount payable for the current period, or how any pro-rata difference is calculated.
After you confirm payment, the upgraded benefits will take effect at the time stated on the relevant page.
Downgrading a plan
Before you confirm a downgrade, FUUVO™ should explain:
- When your current premium benefits will end.
- Whether the downgrade will affect images, videos, files, projects, or other saved content.
- The price for the next billing period.
- Whether your usage limits or feature entitlements will be reduced.
Unless the relevant page clearly states otherwise, a downgrade will usually take effect after the current paid period ends.
Cancelling a subscription
You should be able to cancel future automatic renewal at any time in your account settings.
- Benefits for the current paid period will usually continue until that period ends.
- The subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.
- You may subscribe again later using the process then available.
- Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or automatically delete your conversation history or materials.
What Should I Do If a Payment Fails or I Am Charged Twice?
After formal paid plans are introduced, if a payment fails, its status appears unusual, or you believe you have been charged twice, first check the order status in “Settings” > “Plans and Payments” > “Payment History”.
Payment failures
A payment may fail because:
- Your card details, expiry date, or security verification are incorrect.
- Your card issuer declined the transaction.
- Your balance, credit limit, or transaction limit is insufficient.
- Your bank restricts cross-border or online payments.
- A network or payment service is temporarily unavailable.
- Your payment method does not support the relevant currency or region.
Check your payment details, contact your card issuer, or choose another payment method offered on the FUUVO™ page. Do not click the payment button repeatedly before confirming the order status.
Suspected duplicate charge
- Save screenshots of the charge record, order number, and charge date.
- Check Payment History to see whether more than one order appears.
- Do not ask your bank to reverse every transaction on your own, as this may affect the status of a valid subscription.
- Submit a request through “Contact Payment Support”.
- FUUVO™ will review the order, payment-service records, and account status, then notify you of the outcome.
Do not provide a full card number, CVV, security code, or online-banking password by email, chat, or form. FUUVO™ Support will not ask for this information.
How Do I Download an Invoice or Payment Record?
After formal paid plans are introduced, you will be able to view and download payment records from your account.
How to download
- Open “Settings”.
- Go to “Plans and Payments”.
- Select “Payment History” or “Billing”.
- Find the order you need.
- Select “Download Receipt”, “Download Invoice”, or “View Order Details”.
What Is the Refund Policy?
During the Public Beta
FUUVO™ does not currently charge Public Beta fees, so refunds will generally not apply.
After formal paid plans are introduced
The specific refund policy will be governed by the payment page, the formal User Agreement, and the relevant plan terms. It will be clearly shown before payment.
If you have a question about a charge or a refund, please contact FUUVO™ Payment Support first.
