How Can FUUVO™ Help Me Write?

FUUVO™ can help you draft, organise, rewrite, and refine many types of content, including emails, copy, articles, speeches, reports, social-media content, product descriptions, meeting notes, and presentation outlines.

To begin, simply tell FUUVO™ what you would like to write.

Examples

“Write an email in English to confirm next week’s meeting time with a client.”

“Write a 500-word product introduction in a professional but easy-to-understand tone.”

“Use the points below to draft a three-minute speech.”

“Write five promotional posts for a Singapore café for Xiaohongshu.”

“Turn these scattered notes into a formal report.”

To receive content that better fits your needs, you can also provide:

  • The topic, intended reader, use case, language, preferred tone, length, required or prohibited content, and any reference materials or existing draft.

Examples

“Write an English email to a hotel client thanking them for yesterday’s meeting and confirming that we will send the quotation by Friday this week. Keep it professional, warm, concise, and around 180 words.”

FUUVO™ can help you prepare a first draft and revise it iteratively. Before publishing, signing, submitting, or using material with significant consequences, check the facts, figures, names, dates, and professional advice yourself.

How Do I Revise, Shorten, Expand, or Change the Tone of Content?

In the same conversation, simply tell FUUVO™ how you would like the previous content changed. You do not need to repeat all of your original instructions.

To revise content

Examples

“Keep the meaning, but make it clearer.”

“Make the first paragraph more persuasive.”

“Remove repeated content.”

“Add a specific example.”

“Rewrite this version for clients.”

To shorten content

Examples

“Shorten this to no more than 100 words.”

“Organise this into five key points.”

“Turn this into a short summary paragraph.”

“Present this in a table.”

“Keep only the most important action recommendations.”

To expand content

Examples

“Expand this paragraph into an 800-word article.”

“Add explanations and examples for each key point.”

“Include four sections: background, issues, recommendations, and conclusion.”

“Turn this into a complete speech.”

To change the tone

Tell FUUVO™ the style you prefer, for example:

  • Formal and professional; warm and approachable; concise and compelling; relaxed and natural; premium and brand-led; or suitable for children, students, clients, or investors.
  • More appropriate for Singapore English, business Chinese, or social-media style.

Examples

“Make this more professional and suitable for sending to investors.”

“Make this more relaxed and suitable for social-media publication.”

“Keep every key point, but make it understandable to non-specialists.”

After revising content, read the result carefully to ensure that it still reflects your intended meaning and meets the factual, legal, brand, and communication requirements of your use case.

How Can FUUVO™ Summarise Long Content?

You can provide FUUVO™ with long articles, files, reports, meeting records, webpage text, notes, or other material, then explain how you would like it summarised.

How to use it

  1. Paste text into the conversation, or upload a supported file.
  2. Tell FUUVO™ how you would like the material summarised.
  3. After reviewing the result, ask FUUVO™ to extract details, explain key points, or convert the result into another format.

Examples

“Summarise this report in five key points.”

“Summarise this document and list the next actions.”

“Create a management summary of no more than one page.”

“Organise this into four sections: issues, causes, risks, and recommendations.”

“Extract all dates, amounts, owners, and deadlines.”

“Provide a bilingual Chinese-English summary.”

“Tell me which clauses in this contract need particular attention.”

For very long material

  • State the part that matters most to you.
  • Upload the material by section or in parts.
  • Ask FUUVO™ to create an outline or structure first.
  • Finally, ask it to combine the sections into an overall summary.

Examples

“I will upload the material in three parts. Please do not provide a final conclusion until I say ‘all uploads complete’. Then combine everything into a one-page management summary.”

FUUVO™ summaries may omit details, misunderstand context, or be unable to read scans, blurry images, complex tables, or handwriting accurately. For contracts, financial statements, medical records, regulatory documents, or other important materials, rely on the original document and obtain review from a qualified professional.

How Can I Analyse Material and Conduct In-Depth Research?

FUUVO™ can help you organise material, compare options, break down issues, identify key points, develop a research framework, and turn complex information into conclusions that are easier to act on.

Starting an analysis

After uploading material or entering a research question, first tell FUUVO™ your objective.

Examples

“Compare these three supplier quotations, listing the price, delivery time, main risks, and recommended option.”

“Analyse this market report and identify the five opportunities and risks that deserve the most attention.”

“Use these meeting notes to organise project progress, open issues, and owners.”

“Read this business plan and identify the questions investors are most likely to ask.”

“Analyse this customer feedback and identify recurring issues and priority improvements.”

For in-depth research, specify

  1. Research question: What answer do you most want to obtain?
  2. Scope: Which regions, time periods, industries, people, or materials are relevant?
  3. Purpose: Is it for learning, internal discussion, a business decision, or public release?
  4. Output format: Do you need a summary, comparison table, report, timeline, presentation, or action plan?
  5. Decision criteria: Price, risk, compliance, speed, market demand, user experience, or another factor?
  6. Sources: Should FUUVO™ analyse only your uploaded material, or also incorporate available external information?

Examples

“Research demand for guest-service robots in Singapore’s luxury hotels. Focus on target customers, typical use cases, purchasing barriers, budget logic, and key risks. Present the conclusions, supporting basis, and assumptions that still need validation in a table.”

To make the analysis more reliable

You can ask FUUVO™ to:

  • Separate known facts, reasonable inferences, and assumptions that still need validation.
  • State the basis for each conclusion.
  • Compare different options in a table.
  • Provide counterarguments and potential risks.
  • Identify whom you still need to confirm matters with and what information is still missing.
  • Show sources and dates when an available connected-research feature is used.

Examples

“Do not give conclusions only. Separate facts, inferences, assumptions, and items that still need verification.”

“Take the opposing view and identify five reasons why this proposal could fail.”

FUUVO™ can support research and preliminary analysis, but it does not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, engineering, safety, or other professional due diligence.

How Can I Check Whether an AI Answer Is Reliable?

AI can quickly help you understand and organise information, but important information should not depend on a single AI response.

Check sources and dates

If an answer uses external information, review the sources, publication dates, and relevant jurisdiction or region. Laws, prices, news, opening hours, job titles, product specifications, and market conditions can change quickly.

Prioritise checking:

  • Government, regulatory, and official websites.
  • Original documents, formal contracts, and official announcements.
  • Academic papers, official statistics, and authoritative institutions.
  • The businesses or organisations that directly provide the relevant service.

Ask FUUVO™ to explain its basis

Examples

“What is the basis for this conclusion?”

“Which parts are facts and which are inferences?”

“List the points that require further verification.”

“Provide the opposing view.”

“Which country and time period does this answer apply to?”

“Check for contradictions or uncertainty.”

Verify key facts

Before using content, independently verify, in particular:

  • Names, company names, addresses, and contact details.
  • Dates, amounts, tax rates, interest rates, and calculations.
  • Legal, regulatory, visa, medical, and safety requirements.
  • Citations, links, data sources, and copyright ownership.
  • Product prices, features, stock, opening hours, and availability.

Seek professional review for important matters

For medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, insurance, engineering, safety, or major business decisions, obtain confirmation from a qualified professional. FUUVO™ can help you prepare questions, organise material, and understand concepts, but it does not replace professional judgement.

Why Is FUUVO™ Sometimes Incorrect or Incomplete?

FUUVO™ uses AI models to generate responses from the content you provide and available information. It is not a perfect database and does not automatically know every fact, so some results may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

Common reasons

  • The question or background is not clear enough. If a request is too brief, ambiguous, or missing key context, FUUVO™ may interpret it in the wrong direction. Add the purpose, audience, region, time period, constraints, and preferred output format.
  • The material itself is incomplete or difficult to read. Blurry scans, handwriting, complex tables, low-quality images, missing pages, or noisy recordings can affect understanding and analysis.
  • Information may have changed. News, laws, prices, market data, identities and job titles, opening hours, and product features can all be updated. An AI answer may not reflect the latest situation.
  • AI may generate inaccurate content. It can sometimes produce material that appears plausible but is not correct, including inaccurate facts, figures, citations, links, or conclusions. This does not mean that the information has been verified.
  • The content is very long or the task is especially complex. Where files are lengthy, material is extensive, or a question spans several specialist areas, FUUVO™ may omit details, be unable to process the full context, or need you to provide the material in stages.
  • Safety and use restrictions apply. For requests that could cause harm, are unlawful, invade privacy, involve fraud, or have another improper purpose, FUUVO™ may refuse, limit, or adjust its response.

If you find an answer that may be wrong, you can say:

Examples

“This answer may be incorrect. Please check it again.”

“Please identify the uncertain points.”

“Answer only from the material I uploaded.”

“Recalculate this and show the calculation steps.”

“Give me a more conservative, lower-risk recommendation.”

Your feedback helps FUUVO™ improve its products and services.
