FAQ and troubleshooting
Resolve missing replies, slow generation, unavailable features, upload problems and sign-in issues.
Why Isn't FUUVO™ Responding?
If FUUVO™ does not respond, stops responding, remains on a loading screen, or displays an error message, one or more of the following may be the cause:
- Your internet connection is unstable.
- Your browser or app version is out of date.
- The conversation is very long, the file is very large, or the task is especially complex.
- The service is busy, under maintenance, or experiencing a temporary technical issue.
- You have reached a reasonable-use limit for the relevant feature.
- The request involves unsupported, restricted, or unsafe content.
- Your account needs you to sign in, verify your email address, or complete another security check.
Try the following
- Check your internet connection and send the request again.
- Refresh the page, or close and reopen FUUVO™.
- Start a new conversation and try a shorter, simpler request.
- Split a large file, lengthy recording, or complex set of materials into smaller parts before uploading again.
- Check whether your account displays a limit, payment, or verification notice.
- Visit the Service Status page to check whether maintenance or a service incident is in progress.
- Update your browser, or try another device.
If the issue continues, use “Report a Problem” and include the error message, the time it occurred, your device, browser version, and a screenshot. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your report.
Why Is Generation Slow or Queued?
Response and generation speeds vary according to the task type, system load, file size, model resources, and your current plan.
Text-based questions are usually processed more quickly. Image and video generation, lengthy audio transcription, large-file analysis, complex spreadsheet processing, and deep-research tasks require more computing resources and may take longer.
Common reasons
- Many users are using the service at the same time during peak periods.
- There is high demand for image, video, or audio generation.
- Your uploaded file is large, contains many pages, or is complex.
- Your request requires multiple steps, several files, or a long context.
- The service is undergoing maintenance, an upgrade, or a security check.
- Your current plan or Public Beta account has standard processing priority.
What you can do
- Wait for the current task to finish rather than submitting the same request repeatedly.
- Break a complex task into several smaller steps.
- Upload smaller, clearer files where possible.
- Try again outside peak periods.
- Visit the Service Status page to check for queueing or a system incident.
- If a future plan offers priority processing, see the plan page for the applicable scope and conditions.
Queue times change with system conditions. FUUVO™ does not guarantee that every task will be completed within a fixed time.
Why Is a Feature Temporarily Unavailable?
Some features may be temporarily unavailable because FUUVO™ is in Public Beta, features are being released in stages, a security review is in progress, or the service is under maintenance.
Common reasons
- The feature is still being tested or released gradually.
- The feature is not yet supported for your account, region, device, or browser.
- The feature requires age, account, payment, or other verification.
- Your current plan does not include the feature, or you have reached a usage limit.
- System capacity is limited, so the feature is temporarily queued or paused.
- The feature is being upgraded, maintained, or repaired.
- The request does not comply with safety, content, or use rules.
- A third-party service, model, map, payment service, or other dependency is temporarily unavailable.
Try the following
- Check whether the feature page is marked “In Testing”, “Coming Soon”, or “Temporarily Unavailable”.
- Update your browser, app, or device operating system.
- Confirm that you have completed the required account verification.
- Review your plan, limits, and feature entitlements.
- Visit the Service Status page.
- Try again later, or submit feature feedback.
FUUVO™ aims to provide clear notice when a feature launches, is paused, changes materially, or is restored. However, it does not guarantee that every feature will be available to every region, device, account, or user at the same time.
Why Was My Request Refused?
FUUVO™ supports lawful, respectful, and safe use. If a request involves unlawful or harmful activity, infringement of another person’s rights, fraud, privacy risk, child-safety risk, non-consensual impersonation of a real person, or another breach of the Content Rules, FUUVO™ may refuse, limit, or adjust its response.
Content that may be refused or restricted
- Scams, phishing, identity theft, forged documents, or malicious deception.
- Violent threats, terrorism, extremism, or assistance that could cause real-world harm.
- The exploitation or sexualisation of children, or other harmful content involving children.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, pornographic deepfakes, or content that violates a person’s dignity.
- Realistic impersonation of a real person, or fabrication of that person’s statements, conduct, or image without consent.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality obligations, or other lawful rights.
- Malware, intrusion, bypassing security safeguards, or other cyber abuse.
- Specific methods, plans, or encouragement for self-harm or harm to others.
- Any other use that breaches applicable law, the User Agreement, or the Content Rules.
If you believe the request was refused in error
- Explain the lawful purpose and relevant context more clearly.
- Remove details that could be misunderstood, invade privacy, or are unnecessarily sensitive.
- Ask for a safe, educational, conceptual, or non-operational alternative.
- Use “Report a Problem” to request a review.
Do not repeatedly attempt to bypass safety measures or rephrase a request to obtain the same restricted content. This may result in feature restrictions or account review.
