Account and personal workspace

Manage profile details, chats, data, language preferences, account security and account deletion.

How Do I Update My Account Information?

You can view and update your personal information and account preferences in Account Settings.

How to update your information

Select your profile picture, account name, or menu icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Select “Settings”.

Open “Account” or “Profile”.

Update the available fields, then select “Save”.

Available fields may include your display name, profile picture, interface language, time zone, notification preferences, personalisation settings, verified contact details, and email address.

Changing your email address

Your email address is an important account-identification and security detail. When you change it, FUUVO™ may ask you to:

Enter the new email address.

Verify the new email address.

Enter your current password or complete additional security verification, where necessary.

Review change notifications sent to both the previous and new email addresses.

If you receive an email-change notification that you did not request, change your password immediately and contact Support.

You do not need to include sensitive personal information in your profile unless it is necessary to use FUUVO™.

How Do I View Previous Conversations?

After you sign in, you can view and continue previous conversations in your personal workspace.

Viewing conversation history

On a computer, open the conversation list in the left-hand panel.

On a mobile phone or tablet, select the menu icon to open the conversation list.

Select any conversation to view the existing content and continue the discussion.

If search is available, enter keywords to find previous conversations, materials, or projects.

You can use conversation history to continue unfinished writing, research, or creative work; revisit analysis results from previously uploaded materials; review meeting notes, spreadsheets, copy, or image prompts; and organise important work into projects or save relevant content. If a conversation concerns an entirely different subject, it is usually easier to manage and find later if you start a new conversation.

Do not enter passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in any conversation.

How Do I Delete Conversations, Files, or Generated Content?

You can delete conversations, uploaded files, and generated content that you no longer need from your personal workspace.

Deleting a conversation

Find the conversation you want to delete in the conversation list.

Select “More options” beside the conversation.

Select “Delete”.

Read the notice and confirm the deletion.

After deletion, the conversation will no longer appear in your conversation list and will usually not be recoverable. Deleting a conversation does not automatically delete the same file, image, or content if you separately uploaded or saved it in another conversation.

Deleting uploaded files or generated content

Where a file library, media library, or project space is available:

Open the relevant files, images, videos, or projects page.

Select the item you want to delete.

Select “Delete”.

Confirm the deletion.

If content has been shared, downloaded, exported, or published by you on an external platform, deleting the original item in FUUVO™ will not automatically delete external copies.

About retention

After you delete content from your workspace, it will be removed from the workspace promptly. To prevent misuse, respond to security incidents, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and complete necessary system backups, some information may be retained for a limited period. It will then be deleted, anonymised, or otherwise handled in accordance with the retention rules described in the FUUVO™ Privacy Policy.

How Do I Export My Data?

Where available, FUUVO™ provides a data-export feature so that you can obtain a copy of exportable information from your personal workspace.

How to export your data

Open “Settings”.

Open “Account and Data”, “Privacy”, or “Data Controls”.

Select “Export My Data”.

Choose the scope of information you want to export.

Submit the request and complete the required identity verification.

When the export is ready, use the secure download method provided through your account notifications or verified email address.

Exported information may include basic account information, conversation history, saved projects and content, a list of exportable uploaded files, and applicable account settings and preferences.

To protect your account, an export link should have an expiry period and be sent only to verified account contact details. An export file may contain sensitive content. Store it securely after download and do not share it through public devices or insecure channels.

Some information may not be included in a self-service export package because of security, legal, system-log, third-party-rights, or technical limitations. You may still contact FUUVO™ through the privacy-request channel to make an applicable request for access to or correction of your personal data.

How Do I Manage Memory and Personalisation Settings?

Memory and personalisation settings can allow FUUVO™, within the scope of available features, to remember preferences such as your usual language, writing style, recurring work topics, or information that you have expressly asked it to save.

You can decide whether to enable these features.

How to manage memory and personalisation

Open “Settings”.

Open “Personalisation”, “Memory”, or “Data Controls”.

Review the preferences or memory items currently saved.

Choose to edit or delete individual items, clear all items, or turn off memory.

What you can control

  • Whether FUUVO™ may use saved preferences or refer to relevant information from previous conversations.
  • Whether you can view, edit, or delete saved memory items, or clear all memory.
  • Whether you allow your content to be used for product improvements or model enhancement.
  • Whether you receive personalised recommendations or feature suggestions.

Do not ask FUUVO™ to retain passwords, identity documents, complete financial information, medical diagnoses, another person’s private information, or other unnecessary sensitive content on a long-term basis.

How Do I Change Language, Notifications, and Other Preferences?

You can manage FUUVO™ interface and usage preferences in “Settings”.

Changing the interface language

Open “Settings”.

Select “Language”.

Choose the interface language you want to use.

Save the setting. The page will update where applicable.

Your interface language does not limit the language you use when speaking with FUUVO™. For example, even if the interface is shown in Chinese, you can still ask FUUVO™ to reply in English or another supported language.

Managing notifications

You can choose whether to receive account and security notifications; alerts about sign-ins, password changes, or email changes; subscription, payment, and usage-limit notifications; product updates and new-feature notifications; usage reminders; and marketing or event information.

Required notifications about account security, material service changes, payments, or legal matters may not be fully disabled. Promotional and marketing notifications should provide a clear way to opt out or unsubscribe.

Other preferences

Depending on the features available, you may also be able to manage dark or light display mode; font or accessibility settings; time zone and date format; default response language; automatic playback of audio or video; use of location information; personalised recommendations; and memory or conversation-history features.

How Do I Sign Out of All Devices?

If you have signed in to FUUVO™ on a public computer, an old mobile phone, someone else’s device, or a device that has been lost, use “Sign out of all devices” to help protect your account.

How to sign out of all devices

Open “Settings”.

Open “Security” or “Sign-in and Devices”.

Review your current and recent sign-ins, including device, browser, location, and time.

If you see an unfamiliar device, select “Sign out of this device” immediately.

If you need comprehensive protection, select “Sign out of all devices”.

Enter your password again or complete security verification when prompted.

After you sign out of all devices, all active sessions should expire and each device will need to sign in again.

We also recommend that you:

  • Change your password and check that your registered email account remains secure.
  • Check for unusual conversations, files, or payment records.
  • If available, enable multi-factor authentication and contact Support to report suspicious activity.

What Should I Do if I Forget My Password or Cannot Sign In?

If you forget your password

Open the sign-in page.

Select “Forgot password?”.

Enter your registered email address.

Check your inbox for the password-reset email.

Open the secure link and set a new password.

Sign in again using the new password.

If you cannot find the reset email, check your spam and promotions folders, confirm that the email address was entered correctly, wait a few minutes, and try again.

If you cannot sign in

First check whether your registered email address and password are correct; whether you may have used a different third-party sign-in method; whether your browser is up to date and your network connection is stable; whether there is a verification-code, security-check, or service-maintenance notice; and whether your account has been temporarily restricted for security reasons.

If you use Google, Apple, or another third-party sign-in method, sign in using the same method you used originally.

If you cannot access your registered email address

FUUVO™ must first complete appropriate account identity verification before it can help. To protect user information, Support cannot transfer control of an account solely on the basis of a name, a chat screenshot, or an unverified email address.

When submitting a Support request, provide your registered email address, the approximate date when you last signed in successfully, the sign-in method you used, the error message you received, and a secure contact method that you can still access.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a Support request.
