Upload only content that you are entitled to use. Do not upload passwords, full payment-card details, government-issued identity documents, another person’s private information, confidential files, or other unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Files that are not supported or may not be processed correctly can include encrypted or password-protected files, corrupted files, executable programs, macro-enabled files, files in unknown formats, and content that may create a security risk.
What Limits Apply to File Size, Page Count, and Usage?
To keep the service stable, secure, and fair for all users, FUUVO™ applies reasonable limits to file size, page count, file quantity, recording duration, and certain compute-intensive features. The limits currently available are shown on the upload page and may vary according to your plan, system capacity, file type, and the version of the relevant feature.
Public Beta users may upload and process content within reasonable-use limits. Image generation, video generation, long-recording transcription, large-spreadsheet analysis, and complex file processing may be subject to daily, monthly, or plan-based limits.
If you reach a current usage limit, FUUVO™ will tell you on the relevant page when you can continue or, where available in the future, offer upgrade or additional-purchase options. FUUVO™ will not charge you automatically without clearly notifying you and obtaining your confirmation.
Even where a file is within the stated size and page-count limits, scan quality, spreadsheet complexity, the number of images, file condition, and available system resources may affect the processing result.
How Do I Upload an Image, Screenshot, or Question?
You can upload photographs, screenshots, scans, questions, charts, notes, or other image materials and ask FUUVO™ to help you understand them, extract text, summarise content, analyse an issue, or support your learning.
How to upload
- Start a new conversation, or open the conversation you would like to continue.
- Select the upload button, paperclip, or image icon beside the conversation box.
- Choose an image or screenshot, or use your device camera to take a photograph.
- After the upload is complete, tell FUUVO™ what you would like it to do.
- Review the result, then ask follow-up questions, request changes, or ask for an explanation.
Examples
“Please extract the text in this screenshot.”
“Please summarise the key points in this chart.”
“Please explain how to solve this question; do not give only the answer.”
“Please check whether anything is missing from these notes.”
“Please translate this menu into English.”
“Please compare the main differences between these two product images.”
“Please turn this whiteboard photograph into meeting action items.”
How to get better results
- Upload clear, complete, and well-lit images. If you have multiple pages, upload them in the correct order.
- For questions, tables, or charts, capture the full content. Do not crop out the title, question text, units, legend, or answer options.
- If the text is small, heavily handwritten, or blurred, say, for example: “This is a handwritten note. Please identify any unclear parts and mark them.”
- If the image contains personal information, cover unnecessary sensitive information before uploading it.
FUUVO™ may not interpret image text, handwriting, complex formulae, charts, or visual details with complete accuracy. Check the original image yourself where the content is important.
How Do I Turn an Audio Recording into Text or Meeting Notes?
FUUVO™ can help convert supported audio recordings into text and, at your request, organise the content into a summary, meeting notes, action items, or a to-do list.
How to use audio transcription
- Start a new conversation.
- Select the upload button and choose the audio recording.
- After the upload is complete, tell FUUVO™ what result you would like.
- Wait for processing to finish, then review the transcript or organised output.
- If needed, ask FUUVO™ to change the format, extract tasks, or translate the content.
Examples
“Please transcribe this recording.”
“Please organise this into formal meeting notes.”
“Please list the meeting conclusions, owners, due dates, and next steps.”
“Please extract only the questions raised by the client and the commitments we made.”
“Please organise the key points from this English recording in Chinese.”
“Please group the content by speaking topic.”
To make meeting notes more useful, you can also provide
- The meeting name and date; the names or roles of attendees; the topics you most want to focus on; and the preferred language.
- Your preferred output format: verbatim transcript, summary, action list, or formal meeting notes.
Examples
“This is a product meeting recording from 22 July 2026. Please prepare meeting notes with: key discussion points, decisions made, unresolved issues, owners, and due dates. Mark any names that are unclear or cannot be confirmed as ‘To be confirmed’.”
Before recording, uploading, or processing another person’s conversation, ensure that you have the legal right and any necessary permission to do so. Do not secretly record, upload, or distribute another person’s private conversations, sensitive materials, or content protected by confidentiality obligations.
Recording quality, accents, background noise, overlapping speakers, specialist terminology, and speaker names can affect transcription accuracy. Check the transcript before sending, publishing, or using it as a formal record.
How Do I Organise a Spreadsheet, Generate Spreadsheet Content, or Analyse Data?
FUUVO™ can help you understand, organise, clean, categorise, compare, and analyse spreadsheet data. It can also help you create a new spreadsheet structure, suggest fields and formula approaches, or produce content that you can copy into spreadsheet software.
Uploading an existing spreadsheet for analysis
- Upload an XLSX, CSV, or TSV file.
- Explain what the spreadsheet contains and what you would like to achieve.
- Tell FUUVO™ which fields, time period, metrics, or questions matter to you.
- Review the analysis and ask for the result to be presented as a list, table, summary, or chart recommendation.
Examples
“Please summarise the main trends in this sales report.”
“Please summarise sales by month and product category.”
“Please identify unusually high or low values.”
“Please identify duplicate records, blank fields, and possible data errors.”
“Please compare the quotations from these three suppliers.”
“Please organise this unstructured list into four columns: name, telephone number, region, and notes.”
“Based on this budget, please identify the cost items that most need to be controlled.”
Asking FUUVO™ to create a spreadsheet
You can also describe what you need in writing and ask FUUVO™ to design the spreadsheet structure.
Examples
“Please design a daily restaurant inventory sheet with date, ingredient name, opening inventory, stock received, consumption, wastage, closing inventory, and notes.”
“Please create a simple project-progress tracker with task, owner, start date, due date, status, risk, and notes.”
You can also ask FUUVO™ to:
- Use a table format that I can copy directly into Excel.
- Suggest the formulae I should use.
- Add fields that automatically calculate totals.
- Adapt the spreadsheet for weekly reporting.
FUUVO™ can assist with spreadsheet analysis and content generation, but it cannot guarantee that every calculation, classification, formula, forecast, or business conclusion is fully accurate. For financial, tax, payroll, investment, regulatory-filing, or material business decisions, have a qualified person review the source data, calculation method, and final result.
For security, FUUVO™ should not execute macros, external links, or suspicious scripts contained in an uploaded spreadsheet. Do not upload spreadsheets containing passwords, banking information, identity-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What Should I Do if an Upload Fails, a File Cannot Be Read, or the Result Is Incomplete?
If a file fails to upload, cannot be read, or appears to have been processed incompletely, try the following checks.
Check the file first
Please confirm:
- The file format is currently supported, and the file does not exceed the applicable size, page-count, duration, or quantity limits.
- The file is not corrupted, encrypted, or password-protected; your network connection is stable; and the file is not still open in another application.
- Images, scans, and recordings are clear and readable, and the spreadsheet does not contain unusual formatting, hidden content, macros, or complex external links.
Try uploading again
- Refresh the page and upload the file again.
- Save the file in a common format, such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, JPG, or MP3.
- Split a large file into smaller parts, or upload a long file in batches by chapter or date.
- Rescan or retake an unclear scan or photograph.
- Where possible, upload the original file rather than a version that has been forwarded or compressed multiple times.
Adjust your request
If the file has uploaded but the result is incomplete, you can tell FUUVO™:
Examples
“Please check pages 12 to 20 again.”
“Please analyse only the second worksheet.”
“Please list the parts you cannot read or are uncertain about.”
“Do not summarise. Extract the data in the spreadsheet item by item.”
“Please compare the three files I uploaded and do not omit any attachments.”
“This is a multi-page scan. Please organise it by page number.”
Contact Support
If the issue continues, submit a request through Contact Support and include:
- When the issue occurred; the device, browser, or app version you used; the file type and file size; and a screenshot of any error message.
- What you wanted FUUVO™ to do.
Unless the Support team specifically asks for it and you have confirmed that it is safe to provide, do not send original sensitive files, passwords, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary personal information in a support request.
