After you submit a report, FUUVO™ will:

Display a confirmation message and case reference immediately.

Send an acknowledgement to reporters who have provided contact details.

Where reasonably practicable, provide an update on the progress or outcome of the report.

Indicate when a serious or complex matter may require additional processing time.

Protect the reporter’s personal information and use it only to the extent necessary to handle the matter.
